Magnetic switch in a compact package for a wide drive voltage range. HGDVST022A is an improved product of HGDVST021A. Compared to the previous product, the current consumption is lower (5mA Max. Developed →2.5mA Max.) and improved ESD resistance (2000V→4000V).
