Alps Alpine —
Shaping the future of
touch for
nearly half a century.
Nearly a quarter-century ago, Alps Alpine began using the trademark “HAPTIC” to develop products focused on the sense of touch, serving a wide range of markets from automotive to consumer electronics.
As force feedback technology became widely adopted across various industries, we came to believe that allowing the term “HAPTIC” to be used as a general name—rather than continuing to use it as our trademark—would better realize our vision of increasing the number of touch-focused products in the world. Therefore, we have decided to discontinue the use of “HAPTIC” as a trademark.
Alps Alpine remains committed to the pursuit of tactile excellence—past, present, and future. We invite you to explore our strengths and originality from various perspectives.
