Exhibits

AirInput™ Panel

We will exhibit the AirInput™ panel, a touchless input solution with our unique high-sensitivity capacitance detection technology. In addition to the usual touch interactions, AirInput™ finely detects the movement of fingers at a distance. Combined with the proposal of a new UI that utilizes proximity space, it contributes to intuitive, quick and practical touchless input for aerial operation. It contributes to the prevention of infection of infectious diseases by making the operation panel non-contact.

1A1M Multi-use Millimeter-wave Radar Sensor

This product boasts an excellent robust structure and environmental resistance, and is active in various scenes. It can detect objects through weak reflections, and can sense them even when the target person and the sensor are far away. Therefore, by installing it behind the ceiling, etc., it is possible to watch the target person from a distance.
It also has a high level of accuracy that makes it difficult to detect false positives even in environments such as water vapor and dust. In addition, it supports Bluetooth® communication, and it is possible to set up and monitor the sensor on a computer screen (* application software required).
* This product was developed by IDEC ALPS Technologies, Inc.

Water level sensor

It is possible to measure the liquid level from the outside of the tank without contact by installing a capacitive sensor IC with a high-sensitivity design. It can also be used with opaque tanks and does not require tank processing. In addition, a current ripple sensor is installed and the harness is reduced to reduce weight and cost.

Microfluidic devices

Microfluidic devices are made of high-performance resins such as COP (cycloolefin polymer) and COC (cycloolefin copolymer). These high-performance resins are difficult to bond because the molded surface becomes water-repellent, and Alps Alpine's unique bonding technology solves this problem. It boasts micron-level accuracy due to advanced mold technology, as well as high strength and high pressure resistance. As a result, it fulfills the function of a completely closed device that does not peel off, does not crack, or leaks in the flow path where samples such as blood are handled, and ensures a high level of reliability in inspection and analysis.
