Smartening of rollboxes
This is a solution to reduce costs and burdens by smartening up the rollboxes that are difficult to manage. By installing devices on the rollboxes, it enables the tracking of when, where, and how many there are, as well as location data such as movement history and signs of deviation from expected operational areas, thereby smartening the rollboxes and achieving easy management.
Smart inventory management
This is a system for automatically and accurately managing logistics materials and inventory. By utilizing trackers, radio tags, beacons, and other technologies, it enables location management without the need for scanning, presented through an easy-to-use dashboard. By digitizing inventory information, it not only streamlines management but also contributes to inventory reduction and reflection in production planning, aiming for smart inventory management.
Reduction of waiting time from process improvement.
This is a solution to reduce truck waiting times. By not only automatically recording the IN-OUT times at the dock but also automating the recording and streamlining of picking and sorting tasks by forklifts and workers within the warehouse, we aim to optimize the entire facility and reduce truck waiting times.
